About Us

Silver Bullet Productions uses film as a vehicle for change in Native American communities by empowering Native youth to create films that reflect their culture and heritage, and producing documentary films with authentic Indigenous voices.

Our Mission in Action
We provide workshops for tribal students

  • We teach writing and camera skills
  • We leave new camera packages and software with the community
  • We encourage original stories that prevent suicide, raise graduation rates, confront bullying and diffuse peer pressure
We involve students in all aspects of documentary filmmaking, including:

  • Story telling
  • Filming
  • Interviewing
  • Research on data
We use student workshops to address community concerns such as drop out, suicide, leadership, decision making, bullying.
We collaborate with other community nonprofits for the greater good of New Mexico’s communities

We engage elders and community leaders in educational workshops and original screenplays and presentations
We create award-winning documentaries that expose esoteric topics, shatter stereotypes and expand cultural preservation.
